Gary Thoroughgood
Director
Gary Thoroughgood has over 25 years of financial services experience and holds Diplomas in Financial Planning, Financial Services (Mortgage Brokering) ,Accountancy and a full Real Estate licence.
Gary has been managing his own Financial Planning Practice for many years and understands the day to day challenges that come with running a practice and providing optimum service levels to clients.
Throughout Gary’s career he has held senior positions in a wide range of industries including Financial services, Real Estate Franchising, Mortgage Services and Property Development this vast experience enables Gary to apply his experience to assist members of Vision in marketing, sales, client care and compliance.
Gary has a passion for helping members within the Vision Group prosper and grow their own businesses.
Stephen Lambert
Director
Stephen has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. Having worked with ANZ Bank, St George Bank and as CEO of National Brokers Group and Chief Operating Officer of Vow Financial, now part of Yellow Brick Road.
Managing an AFSL, as a Director and Responsible Manager since 2017. Stephen also understands the demands and on-going requirements of being a Financial Adviser, with over 8 years’ experience managing his personal clients.
Highly respected in the financial services industry, Stephen conducts himself with integrity, passion and professionalism.
